That actually kind of looks like my mom!
Right now we have lettuce (many different varieties) and other various herbs growing in another part of the yard. We grew this all from seeds.
But last week I cleared this plot of land to plant even more delicious foods.
It's a little late to be planting in Florida, but apparently things like eggplant, lima beans, spinach, okra and sweet potatoes grow well in South Florida's hot humid weather. I will probably also plant some peppers because I love peppers. Also I heard about this type of strawberry called an alpine strawberry that fruits very quickly and is a good garden fruit but I don't know if it will grow down here or where to find it.
Also, Natan and I have begun planning for out trip this summer. I knew we would be going to Washingtn D.C. and he had already purchased tickets for an opera in May but I also wanted to visit the surrounding areas. Since I have been to that part of the country I was pretty open to going anywhere. So right now the plan is to fly into Toronto and see Niagara Falls, than either drive or take a train to Philadelphia and visit and possibly stay with Natan's friend there. Then it's on to Gettysburg, Baltimore and than D.C.!
