We decided to take the tourist trolley around town, we got off at a couple of stops but unfortunatly everything was pretty expensive. We did go to the Presbatarian church that Henry Flager built. It was by far on of the nicest churches I've ever been too. It made me want to go to church, which I don't generally like. I liked it because it was very simple yet very beautiful.
We went downtown to the shops but it was ridiculously crowded. That night we had delicious Mexican food and sangria at this restaurant right across from the Castillo. That night uptown Savannah shops were open late so we went to that. The next morning we went to Fort Mantanzas. We got to the park at around 9:35 and saw that the first boat went out at 9:30 and the next one wasn't until 10:30. Thankfully the boat had just left nd turned around for us. The Fort was great, it wasn't too crowded and really beautiful and we saw dolphins!
We drove up to Savannah that day. After we checked into our hotel we went to a sports bar
because the one request my sister had was to be able to watch the Dolphin game. The next day we walked to Forsythe park, which has the largest fountain in the state. Savannah was beautiful and there are squares everywhere with monuments in them. We went to two different historical homes but unfortunately we left after that because there was a huge power outage downtown. There was an underground fire and all of downtown and riverwalk was closed because they had no power.
